If you do then let me tell you something about this skatemag that appears on
your screen.

Backside was established 1996 in Switzerland. After two issues the skatemag
turned off the lights due to a career break.

23 years later nostalgia bundled with melancholy produced an another issue in
2019/20 with the forecast for the fourth and final issue 23 years later in 2042.

What has changed?
The COVID provided some unexpected down time. In my case this sparked an
outburst of more ideas and projects. One of them being the continuation of this
skatemag with two small changes: The language (English) and the scope
(international, broader topics).

And yes, it has been 25 years too.
Backside must be the longest running skatemag in history with the least
number of ads, least number of issues, the biggest break in between them and
the only skatemag without any videos on social media/website.
So let’s keep breaking more records and have some fun doing it.
