How long have been drawing skateboard artwork and why?
I’ve been drawing since I was in art high school, but I started
drawing skateboard sketches more recently, since about a year ago. I
started sketching herbs, and thought it would be cool to add a girl
skateboarding to my drawings. Soon after that, I got interested in
surfskateboarding, so I decided to incorporate skating into all my
next sketches, as an ode to skateboarding. I skateboarded all the
time when I was around 15, but then I stopped, and haven’t picked up
a board until now, at 36. It feels great to be skating again.

Where do you get the inspiration from?
I get inspiration from whatever I’m passionate about at that moment.
Sometimes it’s music or an artist, sometimes it’s a movie or a TV
show, or sometimes it’s smoking herbs. But throughout the past year,
surfskating has been my one steady passion

What does skateboarding mean to you?
Skateboarding has taught me about the philosophy of life - how to be
aware of my body and spirit, and how to handle new challenges. While
skating, I have time to talk with myself, talk with my body, talk
with gravity, talk with my surroundings.

If you can change one thingabout Skateboarding what would it be?
I’d want to change people’s attitudes towards skateboarding in
Thailand. A lot of people have a negative attitude towards skating,
that it’s destructive, dangerous, or rebellious. I hope our neighbors
can see it as another sport, something that can bring people together
