How long have been drawing skateboard artwork and why?
I've been drawing and creating art for as long as I can remember but
I think I got into drawing skateboard art around 12 or 13 years old
when I first started skating.
It was always something I was drawn to as an artist because
skateboard art can be represented in so many different ways while
still having a “cool” aesthetic.
Where do you get the inspiration from?
I get inspiration from lots of different places from pop art to comic
books but probably mostly from my favourite comic book artists Geof
Darrow and Juan Jose Ryp.
What does skateboarding mean to you?
Skateboarding to me is an expression of style and hard work a lot
like art.
If you can change one thingabout Skateboarding what would it be?
If I could I would make more people see skateboarding as a legitimate
sport and not just something that is seen by the mainstream as a
hobby.
